According to the preliminary result of the antidumping duties (AD) administrative review, the Mexican Secretariat of Economy (SE) decided to maintain an antidumping duty on imports of seamless carbon steel pipe originating in four countries.

The antidumping duties for South Korea, Spain, India, and Ukraine were maintained at US$ 0.1312/kg, US$0.3785/kg, US$0.2067/kg, and US$0.1701/kg, respectively. The subjected products were under HS Code 7304.19.01, 7304.19. 02, 7304.19.99, 7304.39.10, 7304.39.11, 7304.39.12, 7304.39.13 and 7304.39.99.

The product subject to review is a seamless carbon steel pipe with a diameter greater than or equal to 2 inches and less than or equal to 16 inches, regardless of the wall thickness, end, or grade of steel with which it is manufactured.
