According to Japan Automobile Manufacturers Organization, the Japanese automobile would adjust price high after the United States announced a tariff of 10% on aluminum imports.

The chairman of Japan Automobile Manufacturers Association (JAMA), Hiroto Saikawa, mentioned that the United States imposed tariffs on the imports of steel and aluminum which push the all imported Japanese automobile to adjust their prices higher. This move might not bring any positive to the automobile market.

Currently, the chairman was still refusing to disclose the price increase and said the final outcome was up to different producers.
