Olympic Steel, Inc. announced that it acquired the assets of McCullough Industries, Inc. on January 2nd, and Joseph Casey, a senior employee of the Olympic Steel, will became the manager of McCullough.

McCullough mainly produces self-unloading hoppers for various industries. In the future, it will continue its original professional field and use existing asset materials in raw material procurement to end user sales, which will make the company's revenue more consistent.

Richard T. Marabito, the CEO of Olympic Steel, also said that the acquisition of McCullough will help the company enter the metal products market.

McCullough and Wright brand containers were basically made with carbon steel and stainless steel, and were widely used for storage, recycling and material transportation for all types of engineering, food and landscaping applications.
