Ukrainian steelmaker Dneprovsky Iron and Steel Works has made it public that it scheduled to hike the crude steel production in the current year by 10.9% year on year to 3.551 million tons despite of possible economic downturns.

The company was formerly known as Dneprovsky Iron and Steel plant and changed its name in 1984. The company was founded in 1887 and is based in Dniprodzerzhynsk, Ukraine.
