According to a notice issued by the US International Trade Administration (ITA), the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) preliminarily determined that certain steel nails from Oman were sold at prices lower than fair value in the US market during the period of review from July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020.

Besides, the USDOC rescinded the administrative review on several Oman’s steel nail producers and exporters, including Astrotech Steels Private Limited, Geekay Wires Limited, Overseas International Steel Industry LLC & Overseas Distribution Services Inc., Trinity Steel Private Limited, Universal Freight Services LLC, and WWL India Private Limited.

As the only mandatory respondent, the weighted- average dumping margin of Oman Fasteners was preliminarily determined at 1.76% by the USDOC.
