US aluminum producer Noranda Aluminum Holding Corp said on Friday, the company
has announced to suspend two Electrolyzer lines, which located in New Madrid, Missouri, due to due to circuit failure.

The company said in a statement, circuit failure occurred on Thursday afternoon, but the accident did not cause serious damage.

Currently, Noranda ‘s annual aluminum production capacity is about 253,000 tons, the refinery's capacity utilization is about 85%.
