Yeou Yih Steel Co., Ltd., a main hot-rolled stainless steel plate manufacturer in Taiwan, reported that its revenue was NT$318.1 million in August, which increased by 28.1% compared to the previous month and surged by 72.6% from the same month a year ago.

The growth in Yeou Yih’s August revenue was mainly due to the increase in sales of stainless steel plates compared with last year.

In the first eight months of this year, Yeou Yih’s revenue amounted to roughly NT$2.26 billion, a substantial increase of 53.7% from the corresponding period last year.

Based on the current operating performance, Yeou Yih’s profit was expected to be optimistic for the whole year.
