US breweries facing shortage of aluminum cans

It was reported that the shortage of aluminum cans is threatening the US breweries. The brewers in Northern Michigan stated that the problem of shortage in supply has happened before the outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic due to the impact of tariffs.

According to market participants, because of the epidemic, household consumption sharply raised the need for aluminum cans, which deteriorate the supply shortage.

The lack of aluminum cans was expected to be more difficult next year, and the situation will even continue until 2025.
