Blastr Green Steel and Inkoo Shipping will work together in land and harbor development in Inkoo, Finland. This ultra-low CO2 project will focus on optimizing the efficiency and environmental footprint.

Both companies signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) for cooperating in land and harbor development in Inkoo, Finland. Based upon the LOI, Blastr will use Inkoo Shipping’s land to optimize the layout design of the project's ultra-low CO2 plant and integrated hydrogen facility in Inkoo. Also, they will develop together on Inkoo Shipping’s harbor to handle Blastr’s sea cargo.

The total spending of this quay investment will be estimated during the joint project development work and the final decision will be made after Blastr’s final investment decision on the building of its ultra-low carbon steel plant which is expected in 2025.
