To bolster investment and development of mineral resources, Jilin Jien Nickel Industry made it public on October 11st that it scheduled to form a joint venture in Hong Kong named Horoc-Jien HK Investment Co Ltd by Jien International Investment Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary in Canada, together with Jilin Horoc Nonferrous Metal Group Co Ltd, the company's controlling shareholder.

Jilin Jien Nickel Industry currently owns 6 major subsidiaries such as Tonghua Jien Nickel Industry Co., Ltd., Chongqing Jien Nickel Industry Co., Ltd., Xinxiang Jien Nickel Industry Co., Ltd., Jilin Zhuochuang Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd., Panshi Great Wall Fine Chemicals Co., Ltd. and Panshi Hengyuan Materials Recycle Co., Ltd.
