US' PTC Alliance has agreed to acquire the business of Metal-Matic Inc. The transaction included Metal-Matic's four production facilities in Minnesota, Illinois, and Ohio and more than 500 employees.

Metal-Matic mainly produces welded and drawn mandrel carbon steel pipes for standard and special applications. PTC Alliance is a producer and marketer of welded mechanical steel pipes, cold-drawn seamless pipes, precision tubular parts, and chrome-plated steel bars.

This merger enables the company to provide better services to customers, who will benefit greatly from the combined company's operations and business synergies.
