China Steel quota become heavy for the owner of CSC quotas, one year ago anyone who owns quotas of China Steel Corporation (CSC) was assumed a guarantee of profits. Many of the Taiwan's wholesalers and distributors were all after CSC's quotas. According to a congressmen’s introduction some of them might have such honor and privilege to gain some certain quotas on monthly basis and that is a guarantee of profits. Somehow, the steel prices went down badly this year and it really scares lots of people especially for those who own large quantity of CSC’s quotas. Now, the CSC’s quotas are no longer a guarantee of profits therefore it gives a heavy burden to those who own CSC's quota.(Dec. 6)
