Noble Group, the Hong Kong based trader of commodities, bought 4.1% shares in Aspire Mining and is in preliminary talks on the cooperation to expand in coal in Mongolia.

Once the deal is made, it will bring more assets to Noble Group in the second quarter of this year.

In November 2010, Noble Group won exclusive overseas marketing rights for PT Berau Coal, together with its Australian assets such as Gloucester Coal , they will contribute nicely to 2011 profits, as Noble is going for a record high earning this year.
