The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) issued the third amended final determination of sales at less than fair value regarding certain corrosion-resistant steel products from Taiwan. The applicable date was inadvertently listed as July 3, 2023, and the USDOC corrected the date to August 25, 2023 in the third revision this time.

The weighted-average dumping margin for Yieh Phui and Synn Industrial is maintained at the de minimis 1.20%, and that for Prosperity Tieh and all other producers/exporters is 11.04%.
