US continues AD duties on China’s steel threaded rods

8 Jul 2025 16:08 reported by Joy Liu

A A A
On July 3, 2025, the US International Trade Commission (USITC) determined that removing existing anti-dumping (AD) measures on steel threaded rods from China would likely lead to a continuation or recurrence of significant injury to the US domestic industry within a reasonably foreseeable time.

This affirmative final ruling from the third sunset review means the current AD duties will remain in place. The ITC's decision is to protect the US steel threaded rod industry from potential injury caused by imports should the measures be lifted.
