The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) made a final determination of an anti-dumping (AD) administrative review that circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Thailand were not sold at prices lower than the fair value in the US during the period of review from March 1, 2023, to February 29, 2024.

According to the USDOC’s final results, Saha Thai Steel Pipe Public Co., Ltd., the sole mandatory respondent, and Thai Premium Pipe Co., Ltd., the only non-examined company under review, received a weighted average dumping margin of zero.
