The United States Department of Commerce (DOC) announced the final results of the administrative review of the anti-dumping (AD) duty order on heavy-walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes (HWRPT) from South Korean manufacturer HiSteel Co., Ltd. The review period covers September 1, 2022, to August 31, 2023.

The DOC has determined that HiSteel did not sell the specified product at below normal value. The company's weighted-average dumping margin is confirmed at 0%, consistent with the preliminary results. This anti-dumping duty rate takes effect on July 8, 2025.
