Glenn Youngkin, Governor of Virginia, announced that TST Fabrication and Machine, a veteran-owned metal fabrication company specialized in sheet metal and machine parts fabrication for the Navy, will invest US$3 million to expand its Norfolk headquarters, creating 56 jobs.

President Matt Hemsley said the investment aims to support the Navy and the national defense. The expansion plan will also create jobs and bring opportunities to the local economy.

The Virginia Economic Development Partnership worked with the Hampton Roads Alliance and the City of Norfolk to secure the project, with job training support from the Virginia Jobs Investment Program.
