It was reported that Tata Steel, Indian biggest steel producer, made the third contract with CMI Technology at early November since they built a cooperation relationship six years ago.

This new contract would advance Tata’s production capacity in galvanized steel with increase of one million tons, including two continuous galvanizing lines and one continuous annealing line.

The CEO and managing director of Tata Steel, Mr. TV Narendran, said they would like to make Kalinganagar be the steel plant possessing of great and advance technology in production.

The report also mentioned that it was the second contract Tata Steel made with CMI in the sector of automotive steel production except the one settled for SEGAL in Belgium.
