It is reported that Tang Eng Iron Works, one of major stainless steel producers in Taiwan, said that it has actively evaluated the feasibility of setting up plants in Southeast Asia and cooperating with local steel mills.

Tang Eng pointed out that this year's production and marketing operations are still planned, the annual target of 228,000 tons, a slightly increase compared to 224,929 tons in previous target.

The company will continue to develop 316L, 430 stainless steel pre-painted products and own brand products, in order to directly face end customers. The company’s mission was diversified development to improve operational performance to meet the customer needs.
