This Monday (June 24th), the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS), the highest court in the federal judiciary of the US, had decided to non-justiciable the president’s legal dispute over the tariffs on imported steel.

The US president Donald Trump had decided to impose a 25% tariff on the imported tariff on March 8th; however, on June 27th, 2018, the American Institute for International Steel (AIIS) accused that the US government's policy was unconstitutional.

According to the news, the tariff had already affected hard on the steel industry.

The decision by the SCOTUS had implemented that the tariffs were not going to stop until the end of the trade war.
