It is reported that the South Africa National Union of Mineworkers announced the Nkomati nickel mine of resources with African Rainbow minerals (ARM) agreed of a 3-year labor-management agreement and end the strike began on August 16.

Meanwhile, this agreement provides for the annual rate of pay increase for 8.5~10%, housing allowance and medical benefits for 3 years, from 2015 to 2017 according to source reported.
