It’s reported that Siemens VAI Metals Technologies, a plant maker in Austria said that it receive an order valued €290 million from Indian National Mineral Development Corporation Limited (NMDC) to supply a compete basic oxygen furnace steelmaking plant.

It’s known that the steelmaking plant will be established at Nagarnar in the state of Chhattisgarh and its designed annual production is at 3 million tons of steel, mainly to raise the steel production capacity in India.

NMDC expected that this project would be completed by the middle of 2015.
