Noble Group Holdings Ltd.’s subsidiary Talaxis has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Chinalco Guangxi Nonferrous Rare Earth Development Co., Ltd. on the supply of rare earth products.

According to the MoU, Talaxis will supply around 42,000 tons of rare earth products to Chinalco Guangxi annually through procurement and underwriting and processing.

Chinalco Guangxi will provide assistance for Talaxis projects, including the Songwe Hill rare earth project in Southeast Africa.
