Indonesia informed the World Trade Organization (WTO) that the safeguard duty on the imports of aluminum-zinc coated steel sheet would be extended for another three years, and the duty rate was reduced gradually.

The duty rate for the first year was about US$245/ton; that for the second year decreased to about US$185/ton; that for the third year reduced to US$126/ton.

The product involved was aluminum-zinc alloy coated sheet with the width of more than 600mm and the thickness of 0.7mm below. The customs code was 7210.61.11.00.
