Indian JSW Steel to bid for ArcelorMittal Galati

It was reported that JSW Steel, one of the largest steel manufacturers in India, planned to bid for the acquisition of ArcelorMittal Galati, which was one of ArcelorMittal’s branches.

Meanwhile, Ukrainian Metinvest Group and Italian Marcegaglia will also bid for this acquisition, competing with JSW Steel.
