CIS hot rolled coil price have continued rising and reached US$1,000/ton in May.

The current ex-work price of hot rolled coil is about US$850 – 930/ton, and that of cold rolled coil is about US$900 ~950/ton. It is said that some traders was interested in importing cold rolled coils from China.

Besides, United Arab Emirates (UAE)’s steel price goes up steadily on strong demand. The price increase from March to now has been up to 12.5 percent.

Turkish rebar export prices have increased to US$1,070-1,080/ton for June-July deliveries, and the offers were at US$1,055/ton last week.
