Feng Hsin Iron & Steel to hike rebar, scrap purchasing prices

China's government has announced its new electricity limitation policy, which has caused the steel price to rise.
Feng Hsin's new scrap purchasing price will be NT$11,800/ton and its new rebar base price will be NT$19,300/ton.
The market analyst said China's new policy will lead the crude steel monthly output to decrease by around 10 percent.
