Reportedly, Canadoil, a global based manufacturer and fabricator which can produce full range of large diameter steel pipe, has announced that the company will invest about US$600 million to set up a new pipe plant in Thailand for oil pipeline production.

Meanwhile, the whole construction of this project is expected to complete by 2013. It’s estimated that 5,000 work opportunities at least will come along with the operation of new plant.

Besides, this new pipe plant will produce pipe for fuel and nature gas usage to supply for all industrial demand.

Also, the annual capacity is estimated to reach 1.2 million tons to 1.5 million tons while that in the initial stage is only about 800 thousand tons to 900 thousand tons.
