According to the US International Trade Commission (USITC)’s determination of five-year reviews on corrosion-resistant steel products from China, India, Italy, South Korea, and Taiwan, the commission said that the revocation of the existing anti-dumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on imports of subject products from the five countries would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.

Due to the USITC’s affirmative determinations, the current AD and CVD orders on the above-mentioned products will remain in place.
