According to the announcement from Tenaris S.A., a steel pipe supplier in the world, it would layoff around 200 workers from its seamless pipe mill which located in Bay City.

The main reason for the layoff policy might be the plunge of international crude oil prices and low commercial activities during the epidemic worsening period.

In March, Tenaris just completed a 900 employees’ cutting plan in the US, this time might be an expansion on their cutting-plan.
