The world’s largest dump truck was launched, which was made from advanced high-strength steel and able to load 450 tons.

The truck was produced by Belarusian manufacturer BelAZ, it has a total haulage weight of 360 tons and with length over 20 meters, 4 stroke diesel engines and two 16 cylinders.

The vehicle was designed and used in an extreme environment. Thus, the special materials were mainly from SSAB, a Nordic and US-based steel company, such as Weldox 700F, Hardox 450, which could enhance its resistance to impact damage, abrasive wear and fatigue as well.
