It is reported that Tube City IMS Corporation said it has completed the acquisition of Hanson Resource Management Limited and its subsidiary Hanson Support Services Limited.

The Chairman and also is the CEO of Hanson said that "We are delighted to add Hanson and its excellent management team and work force to the Tube City IMS family. This acquisition means a lot, it will help Company's expanding global footprint and will provide a breadth and depth of resources and talent to access additional markets in the UK and throughout the EU."
