India Tata Steel announced that a subsidiary of United Kingdom company announced that it has completed the sale of its European businesses for long products to United Kingdom Greybull Capital investment company.

Tata Steel’s United Kingdom company indicated on May 31, including Scunthorpe steel works, the two sides steel mills such as Walkinton engineering design workshop and a New York consulting firm, will be incorporated into British Steel. All employees are about 4800 people, including in the United Kingdom of 4400 employees and France of 400 employees.
