The strip stabilizing eMASS system installation is for the hot-dip galvanized production line of Tata Steel's Shotton Works in Deeside, North Wales.

The capacity of this plant is approximately 500,000 tons per year. The new strip stabilizer will well control the amount of zinc coating and have considerable savings which depended on the price of zinc and the products being made.

This project had a duration for one year.
