China Airlines announced to introduce 14 of A350-900XWB airbuses from France Airbus in 2008 and now have been delivered 5 airbuses till now. They plan to complete the rest of business in 2018. Kaohsiung Government staffs went to France with aerospace industry traders on May 22nd for international cooperation and exchange conference and tried to get more global fastener business opportunities.

The vice-secretary of Kaohsiung Government indicated that within NT$100 billion aerospace industry output value, the production in Kaohsiung is occupied about 33%.

A trader says this is our first time to discuss with Airbus directly, which can show Kaohsiung factories’ capability in this area to win more orders in the future.
