Severstal is looking to list on the London Stock Exchange. The Russian steelmaker is reportedly seeking an IPO to the value of US$1.5 billion. Severstal declined to comment but according to a spokesman from the Citigroup Inc, they have been appointed as joint runner to the offer with Deutsche Bank AG and UBS AG. (Aug. 3)
