Outokumpu, a leading stainless steel manufacturer in Europe, announced this June that it will divest its plate service center in Aalten, the Netherlands to Roba Holding, and the divestment has been completed now.

The service center in Aalten will continue to provide service to its customers as Roba Metals Plate Center B.V. as of October 1.

All the employees, management, and operations in the Aalten service center will become part of Roba Holding.

In the future, Aalten’s products, services, and contact people will remain in place, and Outokumpu will continue to supply plates produced at Outokumpu mills to the Aalten service center.
