According to the Japanese Government pointed out that, in order to implement the 4th Industrial Revolution, the country again to revise the Japanese industry Specifications (JIS). The main purpose of the new industrial structure outlook announced on May 18, 2017 was to enlarge the application object of some JIS law and to comply with the international standard.

It is understood that the main policy was to strengthen the industrial competitiveness law, the vicious competition prevention Law, industrial standardization Law and other relevant laws of the consistency of the amendment plan.
