It is reported that Japan's Marubeni Corp. has signed a contract with Winsway Coking Coal Holding Ltd., China's largest coal importer, to export Australia and Canada's coal into China domestic market.

According to the contract, Marubeni Corp. will annually export two million tons coal source into China in the coming five years.

Besides, Marubeni Corp. is pondering on buying the shares of Winsway Coking Coal Holding Ltd.
