It was reported that Indonesian Tsingshan’s PT Weda Bay invested approximately US$60 million to build mining facilities, including civil engineering in mining areas, new construction and expansion of mining routes, and so on. The contractor is PT PP Presisi Tbk, an Indonesian state-owned company engaged in the construction business.

The project was divided into two phases. After the mine facilities are completed, PT PP Presisi will be a mining subcontractor of the Weda Bay mine.
