Fujian Dingsheng Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. completed the trial production of its galvanizing production line at the cold rolling mill at the end of January, successfully producing the first hot-dip galvanized coil.

The galvanizing production line uses the improved Sendzimir method, which can keep the surface of the galvanized substrate highly clean and improve the quality of galvanizing by utilizing imported air knives and zinc pots.

The available size for the thickness is from 0.8m to 4.0mm and for the width is from 900mm to 1,600mm, with a pure zinc coating of 60-600g/m².

The products have excellent anti-corrosion properties and are widely used in industrial and civil construction, home appliances, light industry, and automobile industries.
