Export offers of Chinese hot rolled coil have recently gone up.

Korean cold rolled mills have just finished negotiations on HRC prices for February with Wusteel, Bensteel and Ansteel, contracted prices are between US$550-570/ton, up by US$20/ton than that in January.

Prices was contracted earlier are around US$550/ton whereas late made prices are up to US$570/ton.

Korean mills have stated that it is very difficult to predict the price trend in China, HRC prices change every week. Offers for March might be even higher by referring to the current price trend.
