BlusScope Steel, Australia’s biggest steel producer, announced that they have sold its Vistawall Group to Oldcastle Glass Inc. with US$190 million.

Vistawall Group is a unit for aluminum products business in North America.
In April 2004, Bluescope spent US$206 million to obtain Butler Manufacturing Co. which contained Butler Buildings (North American and China) and Vistawall Group (North America and China).

This company will continue to operate Butler Buildings and Vistawall's Chinese businesses.

BlueScope steel said that they will also keep developing its core North American business through Butler Buildings, and 50:50 JV in a steel mini-mill in Ohio.
