Australia’s Mineral Resources resumed haulage operations at its Onslow Iron project in Western Australia following a temporary pause due to a road train accident last week. Operations restarted on March 21 after discussions with WorkSafe WA regarding safety controls and risk mitigation.

The company confirmed that its previously announced haul road upgrade remains on schedule for completion in the first quarter of 2026. Additionally, on March 22, its transhipper vessel, MinRes Rosily, began operations at the Port of Ashburton, boosting the project’s transhipping capacity to 28 million tons per year. Mineral Resources stated that its Onslow Iron volume guidance for the fiscal year 2025 remains unchanged.
