It’s reported that the world’s steel giant ArcelorMittal is mulling to resume its No.2 blast furnace (BF) in Dunkerque steel plant in France.

It’s known that the No. 2 BF in Dunkerque was shut down in August, 2012 for maintenance is expected to be restarted next week.

Industry sources expected that the restart will help to boost the steel demand in Europe by restocking activities.
