This week, Alro SA (Alro Slatina), the subsidiary of Vimetco N.V., declared that they will continue to find ways to resume their electrolytic aluminium production.

Alro SA is a big and famous Romanian aluminium company, they hope to reach the previous electrolytic aluminium production level in next year. The mill has five electrolytic aluminium production halls, and this year, Alro plans to carry on their electrolytic aluminium production in two halls.

Once the energy costs resume a sustainable price, Alro will quickly and efficiently resume their regular aluminium production. Currently, the company is doing their best to retain its workforce by reassigning workers to other roles.
