Salim China (Shanghai) Co., the wholly-owned subsidiary company of Indonesia's Salim Group, is targeting to commence its 3 million tons yearly Indonesian Taliabu Island (Ta Island) Iron Mine in central Indonesia by the end of December 2017.

This project was under construction since January/2016, and completed operation testing of whole production lines in July this year. Besides, Taliabu Island Iron Mine was aimed at production volume crude ore 3 million tons per year, and with rough concentrate 2.12 million tons yearly.
