It is reported that a private enterprise of Republic of Montenegro, Uniprom will buy the bankrupt aluminum plant Kombinat Aluminijuma Podgorica(KAP),with €28.5 million and they said will fire more than a half of the workers.

KAP is the biggest industry employer in Republic of Montenegro, and also a Central European joint venture enterprise built by the country and OlegDeripaska, a Russian billionaire.

The boss of Uniprom, Vesein Pejovic said they will take over KAP officially on July 1st of 2014, and save 300 workers at the same time.
