On April 28, 2025, the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) of Vietnam announced an amendment to the preliminary decision on April 1 on applying a temporary anti-dumping (AD) duty on certain galvanized steel products from China and South Korea. 

According to the amendment, the provisional AD duty rate for the Chinese exports remains at 0% to 37.13%, and that for South Korea is also kept unchanged at 0% to 15.67%, but Shanghai Shijing International Trading Co., Ltd. and ST. International are listed as specific related trading companies subject to a zero duty.
